The amount of liquid product (pyrolysis oil), and other substances resulting from pyrolysis of waste processing plants for FORTAN, depends upon the characteristics and composition of the feedstock. Please note that processing at one plant raw materials can not be mixed. However, when purchasing multiple units it is possible to lump the processing of different types of raw materials in different furnaces. Processing of mixed waste is possible on the equipment type Pirol.

Final products output from waste tire pyrolysis:

  • 40% of pyrolysis oil;
  • from 10 to 12% of the pyrolysis gas;
  • 10% of steel cord
  • about 40% of carbon black.

  • 10% of pyrolysis gases;
  • 60-85% of pyrolysis oil;
  • from 5 to 30% of carbon black.

  • 10-12% of pyrolysis gases;

FINAL PRODUCTS APPLICATION.

Pyrolysis oil can be separated into fractions, such as gasoline, diesel and bitumen with rectification column SARGAS. It also can be used as industrial fuel materials for burning.

Carbon black has been used in various applications. You can sell carbon black to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory which need it as raw materials, such as shoe, tire, cable and sealant companies. You can take carbon black for deep processing.

Steel wire can be sold to the iron and steel company directly.

Pyrolysis gas can be recycled back to the reactor of the plant to burn as fuel material.
