Output of the products after pyrolysis oil processing in distillation column SARGAS manufactured by TT GROUP:
- Petrol fraction (gasoline) – 40%. According to the analysis of the fraction made in a certified laboratory (Sevastopol laboratory #1) the octane number is 114,2. Petrol fraction can be used as high octane additive to oil – in the ratio up to 30%. Due to the fact that the petrol fraction contains a lot of aromatic hydrocarbons it could be widely used in petro chemistry.
- Diesel fraction – 30%. According to the analysis of the fraction made in a certified laboratory (Sevastopol laboratory #1) the freezing-point is -52 оС. It can be used as an additive to the oil derived diesels or as a light furnace fuel. Also diesel fraction may be subjected to hydro-refining and allowed to use it as high-quality aviation fuel for the jets (reactive planes).
- Mazut - 30%. Is used as a liquid fuel for ovens and boilers. Depending on deepness of the extraction of the diesel fraction any viscosity value or flash point can be received.
Also rectifying column SARGAS can be used for splitting petroleum oil into gasoline, diesel, kerosene and mazut fractions. You can purify glycerine with distillation column SARGAS, split alcohol mixtures and other multicomponent mixtures.
